With a background in healthcare, academics, social activism, and arts, I am passionate about designing products that are simple, affordable, functional, and fashionable.
I believe by incorporating health professionals in the product development process, assistive products can be improved regarding function, aesthetics, and user experience, while also being simpler in design and cost-effective.

Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics, resulting in a certification as a clinical Prosthetist/Orthotist. The degree teaches biomechanics, material science, models of disability, and practical skills to assess patients to prescribe and build prosthetic & orthotic devices.
